Rhodes has been at odds with The Bloodline dating back to last year, and he struck a significant blow to the group at WrestleMania 40 by beating Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Championship.

Both Reigns and The Rock took a leave of absence from WWE programming after that defeat, but Sikoa stuck around to serve as the de facto leader of The Bloodline.

After removing his brother, Jimmy Uso, from the stable, Solo brought in Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa as new members.

Following Rhodes' successful title defense against AJ Styles at Clash at the Castle last month, Sikoa's revamped Bloodline attacked The American Nightmare, but he was saved by Orton and Owens, who have had their own issues with The Bloodline.

That led to a singles match between Sikoa and Rhodes on a recent episode of SmackDown, but it quickly devolved into chaos and the undisputed WWE champion was ruled the winner by disqualification.

Orton and Owens again rushed to Rhodes' aid, but just when it looked like the babyfaces were about to stand tall, Fatu made his surprise WWE debut and aligned with The Bloodline.

Fatu put an exclamation point on his debut by hitting Rhodes with a splash through the announce table, setting the stage for a six-man tag team match at Money in the Bank.

Saturday's bout was huge since it potentially had a WWE Championship match hanging in the balance provided the heel group prevailed.

With The Bloodline indeed winning at Money in the Bank, it could mean Sikoa is now in line to challenge Rhodes for the title at SummerSlam.
