- General Admission $10.00 cash per person, children under 16 free
- Additional $10.00 per space for tailgaters—no reservations. First come, first served

- Camping spaces available Saturday night – $15 per vehicle – limited hookups
- QSL card checking (for awards) at the ARRL table – Ruritan building, 8 to 11 AM
- Large tailgating area with ample shade under the big oak trees
- Electric power is available for testing purposes at various places within the tailgating area
