 Product Owner - Machine Learning Engineer - location:: Brussels Capital of Belgium As we migrate from on premise servers to Domino Datalab, we are looking for someone with experience in navigating constraining environment and identify solutions with available building blocks. The challenges of the platform are combining data availability, security and traceability in order to build the Data Science platform of tomorrow. As a Product Owner you must take into account the requirements of your stakeholders, your clients (both data scientists, and AI consumers) as well as current and upcoming regulations in order to deliver a working AI platform for both model design and industrialisation. Domino Datalab allows our data scientist to work mostly in a self-service manner, but nevertheless we must propose an industrialization path for their outputs with an intetgration into the banking ecosystem and it's constraints (integrity, availability, throughput, ...) Another key challenge is to make data available to data scientist in a secure and compliant way. Access should be simple, forthcoming and compliant, while enabling both data exploration and use case industrialisation scenarios.  As a Product Owner you build the roadmap for the coming year making sure that the Development Team understands both the product and it's target vision. Can’t believe it’s been 6 years since they handed me my bachelor's degree in HR 😵 👩‍🎓 see the photo quality for reference 😶.   Honestly, the clichés are true, it does feel like yesterday that I took the tram to KdG Antwerpen Groenplaats almost every day, but at the same time, it feels like an eternity has passed by thanks to the growth that happened in the meantime.   Although I’m still quite young 😅 I’d like to share 6 insights that these past 6 years have thought me:   1. You’re On Your Own, Kid, but not really. Accept help. It’s okay to ask and receive help. You don’t have to go through the battles alone. 2. All You Had To Do Was NOT Stay. Travel travel travel, and if possible, live abroad. This is how you enhance your independence, immerse yourself in new cultures and get some unique experiences you’ll remember forever. 3. Speak Now - share your thoughts and ideas. Trust yourself, you matter. 4. Be Bejeweled! Don’t let your mind or others stop you. You deserve every single win. 5. Life is too short for Cruel Summers. Learn to walk away from aspects that aren’t meant for you and walk bravely towards the ones that are. 6. Believe in your Wildest Dreams - success needs a little delusion. Stop doubting yourself, work hard and make it happen.
