  • Employee Central (SuccessFactors) Implementation

    A large industrial producer of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products who is active all over the world started a process of HR Transformation last year. The implementation of Employee Central is the first step in the new HR strategy. The main goal is to get full FTE reporting and clear organizational charts. Once finished, global HR will be able to report on the +4000 employees located worldwide from Russia to USA and gain new insights in their…

The implementation of Employee Central is the first step in the new HR strategy. The main goal is to get full FTE reporting and clear organizational charts. Once finished, global HR will be able to report on the +4000 employees located worldwide from Russia to USA and gain new insights in their organisation.

    - Configuration of Employee Central, including Leave of Absence, Global Assignments, Concurrent Employment
    - Facilitating functional workshops and testing sessions

  • Employee Central (SuccessFactors) Implementation

    Implementation of Employee Central (SuccessFactors) for a holding group based in numerous countries spread through Europe, America and Asia. The organization wants to move to a more efficient management of HR data in one central database. Starting from the setup from a related organization, that setup was finetuned to be aligned with the needs from the organization. Additionally an integration was set up between EC and the already used Compensation module of SuccessFactors.

    Implementation of Employee Central (SuccessFactors) for a holding group based in numerous countries spread through Europe, America and Asia. The organization wants to move to a more efficient management of HR data in one central database. Starting from the setup from a related organization, that setup was finetuned to be aligned with the needs from the organization. Additionally an integration was set up between EC and the already used Compensation module of SuccessFactors.
    Next to the setup also the data migration took a large part in the efforts done as the information was spread over different geographical locations.
    In a later phase, three entities within the holding group joined Employee Central as well, this to streamline the HR process throughout the entire organization. This track included an extension to country specific information and an extensive data migration.

    As Global System Administrator, I am responsible to support the HR colleagues of a large retail company in administrating SuccessFactors. The company uses Goals & Performance, Recruiting (Marketing and Management) and Employee Central to support their HR processes. Over 35.000 employees are active in SuccessFactors.
