'Since the publication of the Bloom story and our participation in the 'Women in Data' event, our network has become broader and stronger.     𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲
    'Anyone looking for quality services in the areas in which we operate should quickly find their way to Sparkle. We noticed that this was too little the case; Sparkle was not yet a fixture in the market. That's why we wanted to get out more,' says Lien Keulemans. The aim was to highlight quality data services. 'We have many experienced consultants, each with their own story worth sharing. Commitment to sustainability and diversity is not just hype we are surfing on, it is integral to Sparkle's purpose. We wanted to communicate our mission and values more clearly in order to be more 'present' in the outside world. If we attract new employees, partners or customers as a result, that's great. But it was not our main goal.'

    𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁
    Sparkle chose to partner with Clusity because they fully agree with our mission: to create connections and opportunities so that more women discover and develop in the tech world. 'With Sparkle, we would like to contribute to more diversity in tech. Our team consists of more women and different cultures than other data companies. We are proud of that,' says Lien Keulemans. 'For data projects it's better to have more perspectives, for better and more sustainable solutions. In addition, we felt an instant click with Clusity founders Elke and Rein, two women with a strong mission and a hugely positive attitude.
