Consuming plant based food items, growing our own food, consuming only what is needed, choosing locally grown vegetables, etc can contribute to sustainable eating habits. 🚲 Mobility: It is our daily commute decisions to work, leisure, shopping etc. It also includes transfer of goods. Transportation is the major contributor for the increase in global CO2 emissions. Public transport, ride sharing, eco-friendly transport options are few suggestions for a sustainable mobility option. 🏡 Housing: Buildings contribute to 40% of energy consumption globally. Choosing where we live is one of the major decisions in our contribution to sustainability. Compact living space, retrofitting with energy efficient appliance, reducing construction waste are few options contributing to sustainable housing.   👕 Consumer Goods: Our buying choices and purchase decisions are important. Our clothing, gadgets, accessories etc are included in this. Reducing consumption is not the solution, rather we must consume only what is needed. This will help in reducing waste generation and availability of resources for everyone. 🎒 Leisure: Leisure and entertainment is part of everyone's life. It is important what we choose and opt for leisure activities without harming the environment.
