Made to Order

All the Basak Baykal jewelery pieces are meticulously made by our skilled artisans in Grand Bazaar following your order.

Goldsmiths and Gemsetter are the major artisticpillars of the making, and on many luxurous pieces, you will see delicate details and phased coloring using miniature painting technique before enameling.

Each piece is being touched by 3-5 hands, depending on the design and its complexity.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the production of your unique item.
More complex items may require up to 4 weeks, excluding any holiday terms.
Our team will keep you notified throughout the process.

Shipping

All items are dispatched from Istanbul/Grand Bazaar.
Once your jewelery is finished and quality checked, it will be shipped DHL Express.
You will be notified with your tracking numbers.
We offer complimentary shipping for all your orders.
For international orders, we ship DDP, which means Basak Baykal will be covering custom fee and taxes as well.
