Yes. AWS has customers from different sizes of companies who build on AWS. We give you access to the cloud infrastructure and allows you to build secure, scalable, reliable, and resilient solutions. You also only pay for the services you use and do not have to invest in advance. AWS also makes it easier for you to sell your offerings. Finding the right pricing model highly depends on the individual SaaS offering. You can start by determining how much it costs for you to serve one tenant to get a lower bound for your pricing strategy. But don’t just forward the price to your customer. Will they get updates more frequently and need fewer people to operate the software? You can include these factors in the pricing.

A SaaS solution allows for different pricing models. Depending on the solution, a monthly subscription fee or a consumption based pricing model which can depend on the number of users of storage used could be suitable.

There are many tools to help you dive deep into the costs associated with your workload, such as Cost Explorer. AWS provides tools and resources to help you instrument your application and track the consumption of each of your tenants as they use your solution. This data can be used to apportion the AWS costs associated with this service to each tenant.

The blog post Calculating Tenant Costs in SaaS Environments examines some of the strategies that you can use to capture and analyze tenant consumption data in multi-tenant environments.
