Narrative:An-2 (RA-40983) of the Wings of Taiga airline took off from the village of Sosnovo-Ozerskoye (Buryatia) to monitor the fire situation. On board were two pilots, an observer pilot and three forest rangers. At about 13:30, the emergency radio beacon on this aircraft activated. The An-2 made an emergency landing in the Khiloksky district of the Trans-Baikal Territory and the crew members were not injured. Oil system failure was reported as a reason for the forced landing. The aircraft overturned and was seriously damaged.
