How can you find career coaching services that specialize in helping executives reach their full potential?
It is important to know that career coaches have a sound methodology and are not just Executive coaches diving into a new area. That is not to say that Executive coaches do not make great career coaches but specialise training and development is required in both fields to truly provide an outstanding offering. Career transitions raise so much in terms of core identify and self-esteem. Career coaches needs to have a solid understand of how to provide a holistic process not just for change but often for transformation.

Here's how you can navigate resistance to strategic decisions during a culture change.
From a systemic perspective people will resist change due to loyalty to someone or something that has gone before what is being introduced now. Paying attention to good endinds and ensuring that following previous initiatives does not imply that anyone is "wrong" can go a long way to address this resistance. It is important to note that such resistance may not even be conscious and therefore more difficult to address with the best "one-to-one" convincingly logical conversations. Loyalty is simply not logical!

Ensure attention is given to those who are staying as well as those who are leaving and forging a dignified transition for those moving on that is visible and respectful for staff who are staying can reduce the risk and an enduring organisation trauma commonly evidenced with mismanaged layoffs.

Subsequently, participants are expected to engage in a 6-12 month program, where each pair commits to regular communication and meetings outside of business hours on a monthly basis. The program encompassed mentor and mentee skills training, a code of conduct for mentors, and quarterly mentor meetings to further…
