    A truly life changing experience and one that I carry with me to this day.

    Having just learnt Spanish I entered the orphanage to help look after children aged 3-5.
    The challenges that came with working in a new language with children of that age and living in dorms that had no power were more than I could ever have imagined.
    Through patience and time I built relationships and helped, I hope, to add value and meaning to the lives that I touched.

  • BBC worldwide - A series of Facebook competitions for CBeebies

    - Present

    Our task was to build a community while driving advocacy out into the wider web. So, we created a dynamic hub that would live on the Facebook page for an entire year. The Facebook page displayed relevant videos and programming information in real time, and then every two months became the gateway to programme-themed competitions. The emphasis was on enabling parents and kids to explore together, and on reflecting the CBeebies motto of educating and entertaining little ones through play. We…

  • Nando's PERi-Medics Campaign

    -

    This word of mouth project was centred around an experiential activation that was supported with a social media strategy, PR, blogger engagement, online advertising, radio and newspaper advertising.
    Consumers were asked to submit their need for PERi-PERi via www.perimedics.com.au and if successful they received a visit from the PERi-Medics. The PERi-Medics execution was a highly visual campaign that inspired photo sharing, online conversations as well as referrals and recommendations.

  • Setanta Sports - PredictaBALL EURO2012 Campaign

    PredictaBALL was based around a Facebook app which was designed to engage and excite EURO2012 football fans. The competition asked fans to predict what they thought could happen throughout the EURO2012 tournament. Fans were then asked to vote on the likelihood of these events. If their prediction came true they would win prizes ranging from TVs, stereo systems to t-shirts. Competition was supported with a social media strategy, influencer engagement, digital, print and outdoor advertising

    The nominee for Chris stated that he is “extremely committed, passionate and unflappable.” A driven leader, Chris has been promoted twice in 18 months, initially managing a team of three to now 50 people. Supportive, collaborative and nurturing, he displays all the qualities of a future leader. His “you can’t do it without the people” mantra is galvanising the culture within this small start-up environment. Judges said, “Chris manages to use a whole suite of leadership tools to achieve business results that others could not achieve. He actively measures himself on leadership KPIs and scores very well.”

    As part of the 2019 Elkiem High Performance Environment training program, Christopher was voted through the course of the year as the winner of the group collaboration award.

    Along with this Christopher reach his X of halving the time it takes to on board a customer and achieving a results that no one in his position was able to do for 3 years.

    As a result of this his peers voted him the winner pf highest achievement of an X in his Elkiem cohort.
