I was seconded to Pama Futures a land rights and reform organisation. Using my business skill and expertise to support the Indigenous organisations in achieving their aims in creating land ownership opportunities for future generations.

    I had the opportunity to work with and develop the business development skills of some of our interns as part of the 12-month program at Microsoft. I worked with them to develop core business skills, presentation, communication and reporting skills, and teach them how to identify and grow partnerships for Microsoft to drive growth. A number of the interns I mentored then went on to successfully join our MACH Graduate Program following their internship.
