    In 2012, Claire was awarded Macquarie Bank’s “David Clarke Social Innovation Fellowship”. The judging panel noted her commitment to ensuring that the benefit of the fellowship would be shared across the organisation and the broader social services sector. This led to Claire creating the Youth Advocacy Program, a personalised mentoring program for young people leaving care, the first of its kind in Australia.
