The simple answer is no. You don't need to or have to use a matchmaking service to find a VA. As a business owner, you can do your own search. BUT! In our experience, by the time a business owner is looking for a VA, they have already started to drown. By outsourcing the search for a VA you can save yourself time so you focus on the business critical activities and let the specialist (like us 😉) find you a VA to help lighten the load and save you precious time. Going through this process with a third party can also help you gain clarity on what it is that you really need, and who is best placed to support you in your business.
