I've been meaning to read Philip Shelper, Certified Loyalty Expert™'s book for a while. He kindly gave me a copy last year when we met at a conference 🙏 It's a great example showcasing academic studies and real life case studies as well as giving practical advice. I've spent the last few days scribbling notes in the margins and folding over corners of pages.....taking me back to my Lancaster University days! I've recently been made an honorary fellow in Advertising & Marketing at Lancaster University Management School and I have to contribute to a brand new academic book being developed by Alumni, due out next year, which if I'm honest, I feel pretty worried about it 🤯 I have to submit my first draft by September and time is ticking away ⌛️but I feel much better now that I've started my research and I actually really enjoyed it (geek of the week 🤓).
