Last Friday, we spent the morning supporting Will and Corrine from Will2Live, making breakfast for Sydney’s homeless. It was great to get out of the office and connect with those in our local community who are doing it tough in these winter months. To thank our staff for all of their hard work over the last 12 months, we celebrated in style with a Law Partners party. It was wonderful to come together and relax after such a big year, thanks to everyone for making it an event to remember.

Tanja Maksimovic is our newly appointed practice group leader handling our motor vehicle accident claims. Tanja is an accredited specialist in personal injury law, backed by over 20 years’ experience supporting injured Australians to receive everything they’re entitled to.   Tanja has been consistently recognised for achievements in her field, most recently listed in Doyle’s guide as a recommended accident compensation lawyer. We’re grateful to have such an effective and highly regarded professional leading our motor vehicle accident claims. 

Our end of year communication session was a huge success! It was fantastic to come together and celebrate a successful year, while looking ahead to many exciting new goals and projects coming up for 2024-2025. Thank you to everyone who attended in-person or online, we truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication you guys have demonstrated so clearly this year, and we look forward to having you along with us for a big year ahead!

Michele Cheong is our newly appointed practice group leader handling our medical negligence and public liability claims.   Michele has over 37 years’ experience as a solicitor and has been listed in the Doyle's Guide as a recommended public liability lawyer. At Law Partners, Michele has proved time and time again her commitment to getting injured Australians the compensation they deserve.   We are beyond grateful to have such a commended and resilient leader at the forefront of our medical negligence and public liability teams. 

Lydia Wheatley is our newly appointed practice group leader handling our TPD and superannuation claims. Lydia is an accredited specialist with over 20 years’ experience in plaintiff personal injury law spanning multiple jurisdictions and practice areas. Throughout her time at Law Partners, Lydia has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to supporting her clients through challenging times with true empathy and professionalism. We’re honoured to have such a highly skilled and dedicated professional at the head of our TPD team.
