Truck drivers are the backbone of our country's economy and their workplace health and safety must be a priority - and our roads ARE their workplace. Critical to their safety, are heavy vehicle rest areas. If you believe we need to improve workplace conditions for our truck drivers and that rest areas need an upgrade, you're not alone. Senator Glenn Sterle and a committee of industry leaders want to help, but first they need your input! Over the weekend, our National Partnerships Manager Tania Reid was invited by NTI to experience absolutely everything the 2024 Townsville 500 Supercars had to offer. As part of the experience, Tania joined David “Dodge” Aldridge in his new K220 from Kenworth Truck Co. for the Transport Parade, enjoyed a hot lap with Supercars driver (and close friend of Healthy Heads) Tom Randle, and explored the Walkinshaw Andretti United Garage on an exclusive tour. Healthy Heads deeply appreciates NTI and its partners for their ongoing support in raising awareness within the transport, warehousing, and logistics sector, and would like to extend our utmost thanks to NTI, Tickford Racing, and WAU for generously inviting Tania to participate in this event. #supercars #townsville500 #tickfordracing #walkinshawandrettiunited
