Welcome to our waiting room. We encourage you to come a bit earlier to your sessions. This will give yourself a chance to calm your body and mind before coming into the therapy room. This will give you a chance to enjoy the space, relax, and enjoy some water and warm tea while listening to music that is designed to relax the nervous system.

Are you a sole trader looking for a tranquil environment to host your clients? Conscious Calm is a brand-new psychology clinic based in centrally located Cheltenham, Victoria. There are 3 air-conditioned rooms available across 7 days a week and a lovely waiting room. The rooms are beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and will be available from June 2024. One of the rooms is available to facilitate groups of up to 10.
