On Friday 5 April, our Chicago Crew attended the 13th Annual Northeast Gala to support the Northeast Chapter of the Dunkin' Joy in Childhood Foundation - an organization which provides grants to hundreds of nonprofits making a difference in the lives of kids battling hunger or illness across the US. Organizations include food pantries, children’s hospitals, camps and programs designed to provide joy to those who need it most. That’s a wrap on McDonald's Worldwide Convention 2024! #WW24 What an incredible week in Barcelona making connections with both the McDonald’s System and our very own Coates Crew. I’m leaving this week feeling energized, excited and immensely proud. From the way our Crew members from around the world represented Coates on the show floor, to our largest and most intentionally-designed convention booth to date, to the way we creatively highlighted our current and future solutions, and all the way through to the global Crew who passionately brought Convention to life over the better part of a year — all I can say is it’s moments like this I’m most humbled and proud to be leading this Crew. To the McDonald’s System, what an epic, purposeful and truly global event you hosted that exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed the many opportunities to connect with franchisees, markets, segments and corporate teams as well as other supplier partners, and to continue to strengthen our longstanding partnership as we look to the next chapter. It’ll be hard to top this week, but the best is still to come!

We're thrilled to welcome Adam Enright to our Crew as Vice President, North America (NAM) Technology Engineering. Adam will be an integral part of our technology team, working closely with Jeffrey Steres, NAM Chief Information Officer, to lead the engineering aspects of our technology projects. Adam is an accomplished global technology and software development leader, and brings a wealth of knowledge having led innovative digital transformation projects across retail and food service industries in previous roles at IBM and McDonald’s.
