🎉Celebrating International Women in Engineering Day 💪 Senior Engineer Nastassja works on the Hunter Class Frigate Program (HCFP) and is a regional committee member of Engineers Australia (EA). Nastassja is balancing her own career with her passion for developing others’ skills in the engineering field. “While the percentage of women in STEM is growing, it is growing at a very slow rate,” she says. “We are looking to increase mentorship of young females, focusing on women who have just begun their careers in the industry. The number of initiatives is very encouraging, and it’s an exciting space to work in.” #InternationalWomenInEngineeringDay #WomenInSTEM #BAESystemsAustralia
