I'm a single dad, with 14 year old son. We're looking for a place (apartment, house, townhome, mobile home, or basement apartment) in the Villa Rica, GA. area or close to it. I'm drug and alcohol free and have a clean criminal background.
I work in Villa Rica
and can afford 800-1100 a month for rent.
Would prefer a private landlord, if possible. We can move at the beginning of July or close to it.
Currently we're staying in a hotel and really want to get out of here ASAP.
