Am a 60 yr old truck driver needing a one bedroom/one bath apt, kitchen available please. have no pets, occasional cigar smoker. Prefer a quiet, safe, drama free environment close to or in the above mentioned areas. Looking to pay in the area of 1200-1300 month. , ideally prefer a place with utilities included. Need to move by the end of June/early July. Am not interested in any shared kitchen, bathroom or common areas, would prefer to deal with a fair, reasonable, honest private landlord.
