Blocks are provided to level your shed on sites up to 8” off level. If the ground slopes more than 8” over the length or width additional fees will apply.

The shed will be caulked and primed. Additional cost for painting. Most competitors do not caulk their buildings which is critical for any outdoor structure. Caulking/sealing is included in all of our sheds even if you choose to paint yourself.
6, 7 & 8 FT Wall Height Options This is the interior wall height. Several shed companies, including Tuff Shed have the exterior wall height listed (top of rafter to bottom of floor joist). This makes the shed feel much shorter than expected, because it is!

All of our sheds come with a 5 year labor warranty.
Shed build/Installation
The majority of the materials are pre-cut and some partial assembly before the scheduled install. This streamlines the build process and helps keep a much cleaner job site.
Typical shed installation is 1 - 2 days, but depends on shed size, site conditions, etc.
When the shed is complete, we show the customer how everything works and walk through to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Do you build on site? Yes, we only build on site. We do not sell prefabricated sheds.

Can I help build the shed to keep the cost down? No, but thanks for offering!
Do we need to be home for the shed installation? We would prefer that you are home at the beginning of the build to verify shed location and answer any questions.
Do you offer financing? Sorry we do not offer financing at this time. Full Payment is due at completion. (cash, check, or Zelle)
Does it cost more to build on site than a prefabricated shed? Prefab sheds are conveniently fabricated at one location usually in a warehouse and displayed on a shed lot. They can be built year round even in inclement weather increasing the shed dealers inventory. This is certainly more efficient but not everyone can have a prefab shed delivered due to restrictions. Sheds built on site need to be carried in piece by piece in to your yard and built from the ground up. This process takes longer, is more labor intensive and does cost slightly more. Some prefab shed dealers offer built on site sheds but at a cost of about 20-30 percent more for this same reason.
