🌈 Reaching the pot of gold under the rainbow: here's how we celebrated Pride Month at Wolf Theiss 🌈 June has been a significant month at Wolf Theiss, filled with vibrant celebrations of diversity and inclusion. We kicked off Pride Month by proudly raising the Pride flag, symbolising our continuing support for the LGBTQIA+ community and our commitment to fostering an environment where everyone can be their authentic selves. This celebration is crucial, as sexual orientation and diverse identities are still not universally accepted or celebrated in our society. Our Pride Lunch not only celebrated our team's diversity but also provided an educational platform on fostering inclusive communication and strengthening allyship. Astrid G. Weinwurm-Wilhelm, Vice President of our cooperation partner Pride Biz Austria, delivered a compelling keynote, inspiring us to take concrete steps towards becoming stronger allies. Following this, we engaged deeply with the "Beauty of Diversity" exhibition at Albertina Modern, which sparked meaningful discussions and insights among our team members. This was followed by a reflective gathering where we shared our experiences. Another highlight was connecting with professionals at the Pride Networking Lounge hosted by IKEA, also an ally of Pride Biz Austria, with representation from Stefan Horn (Counsel). This event provided an opportunity for valuable exchanges and networking with inspiring individuals dedicated to diversity and inclusion. A significant milestone was achieved when Daniel Aleš Weiss (Associate) signed the Diversity Charter presented by the Pride Business Forum for our Czech office. This marked a pivotal moment in our journey towards creating an inclusive workplace environment. At Wolf Theiss, diversity is not just a principle but a cornerstone of our global identity, defining our values and guiding us in fostering an inclusive workplace throughout the year. Join us in celebrating diversity and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, not just during Pride Month, but every day. Let's continue to advocate for acceptance and the celebration of all identities! #WTCulture #WolfTheiss #PrideMonth #Ally #Diversity #DiversityAndInclusion #LGBTQIA+
