Exciting News! 🚀 We're thrilled to share some impressions of the press event we held today in Portugal! ☀ With this, the #Portuguese media landscape can get better insights into refurbishment, the impact we are generating with our business, and the unique value proposition we pose for consumers. We are excited to share our mission in this beautiful country now, too! To celebrate this big step for us, we held our event with selected journalist, where one of our founders, Kilian Kaminski held a presentation and gave interviews, we showcased our product selection and had lively conversations! Meet our People Recognition Awardee of the month, Megan Lana✨ Megan has been with us for over two years and in this time incubated our newest category: refurbed Sports, where we offer refurbished Sporting equipment from bikes to gym to skis. As such, Megan has had a tremendous impact on making our assortment multi-category and establishing a new offering for our customers. Megan is known amongst her colleagues as being incredibly pro-active, solution-oriented and supportive of her team. She has built a strong vision and assortment for Sports and is a role model in living our remote company vision. A lawyer by background, Megan has honed her business skills greatly and constantly looks out for the next big thing to learn and teach others. What a fantastic week it's been! 🤩 We told you that Office Weeks for us are the time when we have the unique opportunity to spend quality time with all our team members from all around Europe. This time, we organised and attended many workshops and sessions together, such as Problem Solving and Prioritisation, Social Identity & Privilege, Data Mastery, Climate Fresk, Navigating Behaviours for Effective Communication, Mandala drawing...even a Gong-Fu brewing session🍵 and Wine Tasting 🍷We even organised the Innovation Project where our talented team members could compete for the best innovation prize 🏆 Of course, we had our famous party on the boat yesterday🚢, and today the week was wrapped by gratitude towards all our team members. For that, we created the ''Appreciation Wall'' where everyone could write their gratitude towards a team member and put it into the respective envelop on the wall✉. Meet our People Recognition Awardee of the month, Emina Mulahasanovic✨ Emina has had a vast impact on the Shipping Agreement (a project that involves multiple departments, merchants and agents), where she was one of the founding members of the project, trained every new person on that team and kept pushing for constant improvements. Emina is also greatly appreciated for her mentoring skills, as she has special talent for making the new joiners in Customer Service feel welcomed and trained efficiently, while staying supportive during the learning process.
