The OSCE Mission to Skopje is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the position of Head of Public Safety and Community Outreach. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the Public Safety and Community Outreach Department (PSCOD), including its various units and a team of over 50 staff members. Your responsibilities will involve the management of programming, staffing, and administrative functions. You will contribute the development and implementation of policies, strategies, and methodologies for the PSCOD. In addition to planning and prioritizing program activities, allocating resources, and managing budgets to ensure effective program management and strategic alignment with the mission's objectives. Candidates must have substantial work experience in an international environment or within field missions. Expertise in capacity building of institutions, security governance and reform, integrity building, and law enforcement training is essential for this role.
