This weekend's featured #EuroRad case features a 33-year-old man presented to the surgery outpatient department with complaints of pain in the left flank for a week and a few episodes of vomiting and constipation. The patient had no previous history of similar complaints, abdominal surgery or trauma, tuberculosis, history of significant weight loss, fever or peritoneal dialysis. At physical examination, there was tenderness with a soft mass approximately 8–10 cm in diameter in the left hypochondrium. Normal bowel sounds heard. Blood counts were normal.
