📖 NEW REPORT | A new vision for Austria: from Too Little Too Late to a Giant Leap. A new report from The Club of Rome - Austrian Chapter and Earth4All in collaboration with The Club of Rome Millennium Institute and University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU) reveals that by implementing "five extraordinary turnarounds," Austria can significantly reduce poverty and inequality while promoting societal wellbeing and planetary health. The report highlights two scenarios: "Too Little Too Late" and "Giant Leap." The Giant Leap scenario shows that achieving nearly all Austria's sustainability goals by 2050 is possible with bold actions. 📊 According to the recent Earth for All survey conducted by Ipsos, 65% of Austrians support rapid action to combat climate change, with strong backing for wealth and corporation taxes to fund these transformations. Explore the report's findings ⏩ https://lnkd.in/dCiEqnH8 The report will be presented today at the Vienna Climate Biennale as part of the ongoing consultative process of co-creating a pathway to sustainability for Austria and an Earth for all.
