Returns

Sometimes, an item doesn’t work out; we get it. Here’s what we’ll do:

* If a product is damaged in shipping or has a defect, email us with your order number and a photo of the damage at merch@arstechnica.com. We’ll make you sure you get a new item and no cost to you.

* Unfortunately, we can’t offer free size exchanges due to the print-on-demand nature of our products. A new size will require a new order. Sorry!

* We are not responsible for errors made when entering the shipping address or for orders unclaimed at customs (if applicable); packages that are returned to sender because of such errors will incur another shipping fee to re-send.
