Uninstalled and reinstalled to try to get it to work. Same issues. Camera won’t read barcodes. So manually keyed in items, when the items all add up to more than the required minimum £5 value I click ‘Sell Now’ only to be told the total is not above £5. Very frustrating, please fix.

Where is my money? You have my items, have had an email to say i have been paid but no i have not. There has been no monies from you paid into my bank account. Supposed to be a bank transfer hahaha. If i could give minus stars i would. Beware people they are thieves. They are most definitely thieves, contacted them via email. They told me the money has been transferred, i can assure you no monies have been received. Only had one response to multiple emails, what a shady company this is. They take your gear but do not pay. Am now reporting them to the authorities both police and consumer. They cannot be allowed to continue to deprive people from either their money or their product. Tantamount to theft at the very least.

Overall I would not recommend. The app itself is pretty slow, most of the barcodes are not recognised so you have to manually type in the numbers which is very time consuming. Then once you have uploaded all your items you realise you are getting very little for it so was it even worth it. Then you send the items off and they don’t pay you what they have said as they say things are missing or damaged, despite you knowing they weren’t as you checked before you sent. You question this and they say they have checked it and then supposedly binned all the things they aren’t paying you for so that’s the end of that, nothing can be done. Would not use this service again.
