YOGA
Work through a series of physical postures whilst strengthening your mental practice, through breath control and meditation.

PILATES
Improve flexibility, build strength and develop full-body control and endurance through low-impact, dynamic mat-based movements.

BARRE

SO FRESH AND SO CLEAN

What a change . So glad this app has been updated and redone . It’s gone from being clunky to super slick and user friendly. Looking forward to seeing the additions that are incoming .

Some small changes could make a really big difference

Classes can be filtered by category but it would be really useful to be able to filter by class name (instead or in addition). Calisthenics doesn’t appear under any category so at the moment it’s impossible to quickly view the schedule.

It would be good if you could save a default preference for the timetable so it shows only the specific site(s) or on demand videos as required rather than needing to adjust the filter every time you open the app.

‘Add to Calendar’ option still doesn’t work so I have to go into email and add these after booking.

For on demand workouts it would be useful to filter by class name and also by duration. It’s not very easy to navigate the catalogue and there isn’t an ability to save favourites or create your own programme with multiple videos (unless I am missing something) so it takes way too long to find the classes you want to do each time. I don’t bother with BLOK TV any more since it’s been app only even though I know the quality of videos and instructors is great and there are some specific things I’d like to work on at home.

BlokTV website was great. The app is a disaster.

469 on-demand workouts were available on the now defunct BlokTV website. Only 63 have made it to the app. Give us back the 406 ones that have disappeared!
Adding insult to injury, some of the ones that have made it onto the new app have been hugely shortened : of the 44 so brilliant barre workouts, only 14 remain and all of them have been reduced from 40-45’ to a max of 20’ and arbitrarily edited making them useless. They are also wrongly titled : « the leg and core workout » is in fact an exclusively « arms » one. It seems that the developers have reduced the initial Bloktv content without fitness and training in mind. The app is fancy looking but the selection of training videos is incredibly poor. What a shame.

Hey there, thanks for your feedback on the On Demand workouts. Misnaming and cutting out before the end is not the level of quality we aim. We're on this, and appreciate you pointing out the errors.

When we launched On Demand in the app, we only brought over the very best workouts, and will be adding to this with brand new content in due course.
