• 7 DAYS - FREE CANCELLATION
• MINIMUM STAY: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
• CHECK-IN TIME: 14:00 PM • CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM
• CONFIRMED BOOKING: Pre-payment is required to confirm the booking.
• CAR PARKING: Off-site parking only. The Green Tiger House does not offer parking spaces.
• SMOKING PROHIBITED: Inside guest rooms and on private balconies. A fine of THB 2,000 may apply.
• DURIAN: It is not permitted to bring Durian to any of the upper floors.

The Green Tiger House reserves the right to change room rates without prior notice.

Payment Policy

• A prepayment of 20% of the total price is required to confirm guest reservations (applies to direct bookings through our website only).
• The balance is payable at the time of check-in.
• We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard

Cancellation Policy

• 7 DAYS - FREE CANCELLATION:
Cancellations or amendments made up to 7 days before arrival date: full refund, no charges, no fees.
• Cancellations or amendments made within less than 7 days before arrival date: 1st night will be charged.
• No-show: 100% of the total amount due will be charged
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days after receiving cancellation, but it could take up to 30 days to show up in your account.

Bookings made through 3rd parties:
Cancellations or amendments must be processed through the online travel agent (Agoda, Booking.com Expedia, etc.) where the booking was made.
