In 2024, many authors make outstanding contributions to our journal. Their articles published with us have received very well feedback in the field and stimulate a lot of discussions and new insights among the peers.

Hereby, we would like to highlight some of our outstanding authors, with a brief interview of their thoughts and insights as authors. Allow us to express our heartfelt gratitude for their tremendous effort and valuable contributions to the scientific process.

Reviewer of the Month (2024)

In 2024, AOE reviewers continue to make outstanding contributions to the peer review process. They demonstrated professional effort and enthusiasm in their reviews and provided comments that genuinely help the authors to enhance their work.

AOE is officially indexed by Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)

On March 20, 2024, a confirmation letter reached the editorial office of The Annals of Esophagus (AOE) that the journal met the selection criteria necessary to be included in the Emerging Sources Citation Index. Articles published in AOE after 2021, beginning with Vol 5, will be included in Emerging Sources Citation Index.

Dear all,

We are pleased to share with you the 2023 annual report of Annals of Esophagus (AOE). In 2023, with the joint effort and support of all contributors, AOE made great progress with the publication of 46 articles, and increased website pageviews and visitors.
