    I went thru bunch of reviews for this product and couldn’t really tell if I should purchase Sonos Ace headset! However, I realized that one should listen to it, use it, visualize it and touch it before purchasing it! It’s a subjective decision. I went to Best Buy and made sure I checked all the features before buying it on Amazon! I love this Headset and would like everyone out there wondering if this a good headset or not, to go listen to it first! Aesthetically this product is great and it meets all the requirements that I need in a headset. I am happy with my purchase!….

    I've got the whole cadre of high-end end wireless headsets (XM5, AP Max, Momentum 4, Bose Ultra, H95, you name it, blah, blah), and thus far these have been great! Granted, I'm not a former Sonos eco-system dude, so I don't have that history with 'em regarding the app.

    All that said, if you can spring for 'em, these are great. Combines the premium, solidly-built feel AND transparency mode of the Airpods, with the comfort of the Sony/Bose headsets, without any of the heft nor fiddly touch controls. Got a pair for my wife as well for those very reasons.

    Lastly, these have been supremely comfy on my bowling ball head, and I love that. Bonus for Sonos Arc folks, everything I've seen on the sound swap feature sounds seems pretty reliable and here's hoping the app issue gets resolved sooner rather than later.

    Sound quality is amazing, and the ANC works extremely well. They are super comfortable to wear; I can use them for hours with no discomfort. The ear cups are attached magnetically so you can remove them to clean them easily.

    Head tracking is a neat feature for cinema. Aware mode lets voices through crystal clear. Battery life is great. It comes with a USB C to C cable and a USB C to audio jack cable that works with the headphones from either direction, so you can go from your phone to the audio jack on the Ace, or from a console controller to the usb port on the Ace. The case feels really nice, and the anti-finger print coating on the headphones works pretty well.

    I can connect my phone and laptop at the same time, which is really nice. Pairing on Android was easy, but getting the app to pick them up was a chore, and the first time it tried to update the firmware it failed which gave me a tiny heart attack. Fortunately the headphones still worked and the update was successful later. I would recommend these to anyone who has the spare cash.

    After using these for about a week, my overall impressions.
    Sound quality is good. But the key reasons I wanted these headphones don't even work as defined on the product page.

    1. The headphones look ok, nothing amazing, but solid look, the sound is good, the ANC is OK, better than Anker, Not as good as Sony/Bose. The feel is NOT cheap; however, the fit is a little weird.
    FIT: The headphones work ok as long as I keep my head completely flat and don't look up or down. I
    looked up to the ceiling and the headphones DO NOT STAY IN PLACE.
    I tried lying down to test that out. The headphones don't stay in place while lying down, but
    instead slide down toward the back of the head and the earcups fall off the ears (within about 5 s.)
    3. The expected functions don't work as expected.
    a. Lossless bluetooth is essentially a lie (and it was unclear before ordering that there were, probably
    more specifically what those limitations are.) But ONE chipset that is on only a couple of phones
    doesn't make lossless bluetooth a real thing. Minimum it should be clear whether that capability
    would be available BEFORE I PURCHASE !!!
    b. The ability to toggle my sonos ARC sound to my headphones ALSO DOES NOT WORK. It might
    work; however, since I do NOT have an apple phone and an APPLE phone is REQUIRED to setup this
    capability, it doesn't work on my headphones.
    c. And of course Trueplay is a promised Android capability (*promised for years and NEVER
    implemented that capability.) So I am now supposed to believe that they will eventually add the ACE

    The quality of this SONOS product is, by far, the most complete. I have BOSE, Sony, and others that are fine products but the pureness of this SONOS headset is phenomenal. I tested the product for 6 hours; everything from Pavane OP50 to Chicago, to Jazz, to Michael McDonald, and Yoyo Ma. With some recordings, the rainbow of sound was so succinct that it was like hearing the piece for the first time. As an engineer, I’m embarrassed to say that this experience brought tears of spiritual happiness to my eyes.

    After months of daily use I must add that the ergonomics of SONOS is exceptional. If I remove the headset, the SONOS headset pauses either my iPhone or iPad source EXACTLY; and then precisely reengages when replaced over my ears. Also, because friends or family need to be heard, the SONOS headset has a button to permit ambient sound. Finally, the controls include push buttons to advance over a less-favorite piece or to repeat a favorite. This product has revolutionized audio precision. I’m buying another set just in case I decide to give this set to my bride.

    Es un producto excelente y conservan la firma de audio de Sonos, son muy cómodos de usar, no los tendrás que cargar más un par de veces a la semana y su efecto de cancelación de ruido activa es superior. La función de swap con el arc da una experiencia de inmersión en las películas que no tienen comparación con ninguna otra experiencia que haya tenido con otros auriculares y en mi caso es el factor por el que lo recomendaría sin duda por delante de cualquier otro producto si ya tienes el arc. Desde luego que te obligan a pagar un sobreprecio importante por la marca pero creo que cumplen en ofrecer una experiencia diferente dentro de los productos en su rango de precio.

    Compré estos Audífonos aunque hace poco había comprado unos Bose QC Ultra. Los Sonos son impresionantes en calidad de la cancelación de ruido, sus materiales son de altísima calidad. Solamente se pueden usar vía Bluetooth; no es posible agregarlos al resto de tus equipos (bocinas) Sonos. Se pueden “emparejar” con tu barra de Sonido Sonos Arc como para que cuando estés viendo tu pantalla con la Sonos Arc Activa, la puedes cambiar a tus audífonos con un solo toque (y se deja de escuchar en la Arc). Sonos promete que en breve esta funcionalidad también estará disponible para Sonos Beam (1y2) y Sonos Ray.
