One of the houses our family owns was built in 1940. The electrical plugs will not stay plugged in and fall out if you breathe on them. A real pain when trying vacuum! Checked out several different solutions, and these tiny bits of plastic really work. Not sure if they glow in the dark, but who cares. ;) Just be forewarned, they are very light weight. Hold on to them until they are properly seated so you don't drop one behind a washing machine like I did.

Got for my tenants at an older house where some of the plugs where loose as in the plug kept falling out.
