Excellent!! Retention is excellent. You CANNOT remove pistol without engaging release. Thumb release is very smooth and effortless to use. Adjustable for various belt sizes, its very firm in my wolf tactical belt (also amazon purchase) Build quality is awesome, feels durable enough for aggressive use. Hats off to Blackhawk. Could not be happier. PSA dont carry open carry in public pls. Its just a bad idea unless you are on duty.

Bought this holster because I told it was great! I haven't had it for a month and it broke on my Shift. This made me feel very unsafe!
