Please press and hold the lock button for 6 seconds to reset the password to 12345678, then proceed to change the password, power off the camera, restart it, and reconnect it with new password.

    Surprisingly Great Cam & App
    I have two of these now, one for my wife and recently another for me. Yesterday someone blew a red light and I slid through the intersection sideways to avoid T-boning them, and nobody else saw it. That's when it dawned on me; I would have had no proof whatsoever that I had the green light. It would be my word against theirs. So both cameras work great, LISTEN TO THE SELLER and buy the SD card they tell you to buy, the link is in the description. It doesn't cost any more than others, but I listened and I have not had any problems. The video quality is great, the whole thing is super easy to use, it turns on and starts recording as soon as you start your car. The cord is long enough to tuck it into the panels and have it all neat and hidden. Looks great, works great, makes me feel great. SETUP: I recommend you have the camera running before you install it on the windshield, that way you can watch live with your phone and check the position while you decide where to put it. So do everything in this order: put in the SD card first, then plug in the camera. Open the app. Hit connect and it'll tell you to connect your WiFi to the camera. Go to your WiFi and do that. Come back to the app, connect to the camera. Go to Settings in the app, and Format the SD card. Once that's done, you're pretty much ready to go. Run the video on your phone, decide where the camera looks best, then clean the spot on the windshield. The kit does NOT come with a glass cleaning wipe. I just use an eyeglass lense wet wipe, or a phone screen wet wipe. There's a square clear sticker in the kit. Peel n stick that to the windshield, then peel n stick the camera to that. Done. Use the provided little tool to tuck the cord in, up and around your windshield, down along the panels by the door, under the glove box and around to the 12v lighter socket (there's also a USB port on the plug, so you essentially end up with one more USB port in your car). When a d-bag cuts you off and you want to show your friends how much people suck, just turn the car on, go to the app, connect to the camera with WiFi, go to Video Files, find the right file (one minute clips each, marked with a time stamp so they're easy to find) play it or download right to your phone. You get the video and the audio, so watch your mouth lol. No fuss. Easy peezy. I honestly can't imagine someone would pay more.

    Video Quality:

    WiFi Connectivity:

    The built-in WiFi feature is incredibly convenient. It allows me to easily transfer videos to my phone without needing to remove the SD card. The companion app is user-friendly and makes it simple to view and manage recordings.

    Ease of Installation:

    Installing the dash cam was straightforward. The package included all the necessary tools, and the instructions were clear. The compact design doesn’t obstruct my view while driving.

    Loop Recording:

    The loop recording feature ensures that I never run out of storage space. When the SD card is full, the camera automatically overwrites the oldest files, so I don’t have to worry about managing storage.
    G-Sensor:

    The G-sensor is a great safety feature. It automatically detects sudden impacts or collisions and locks the current footage to prevent it from being overwritten. This gives me peace of mind knowing important evidence won’t be lost in case of an accident.

    I’ve gone through about 3 different brand dash cams in the past 4 years and none of them seem to have the quality or functionality like this one has. Every other camera that I’ve had are very hard to sort through to find the saved footage. They break easily and the warranty / customer service programs never respond back to your claims…. However this brand is much different. They have a FREE app to use (by Bluetooth) that connect your phone to the dash camera. As soon as you start the car, your dash cam turns on and is connected to your phone. It records everything with perfect clarity and is stored in their app on your phone (with the help of a SD card). The app categorizes the recordings by date and time, which makes it very easy to sort through.
    As soon as I purchased the dash cam, before it even arrived, I received a separate email (aside from Amazon) confirming my order and thanking me for my business. After the dash cam was delivered, they followed up with me to see how I liked the product. I then signed up for their 1 year warranty. They emailed me back saying that they gave me a free 2 year extended warranty and told me to reach out anytime, if I ever had any questions or concerns about the product.
    I’m extremely impressed by their customer service team. It’s very hard to find a company that truly stands by their product nowadays. Aside from their amazing customer service, the product itself is just fantastic. It was super easy to set up. Maybe took me 10 minutes total… to set up on my windshield, hide the cords, hook up to my phone, download the app and create an account.
    I’ve had the dash cam for about 2 months now and have never had a single issue with it. I’ve gone in the app to review the footage several times and am always amazed by how user friendly it is. Super impressed with the product and this amazing company. I will definitely be a customer for life.

    This camera takes very nice videos, especially considering the cost. The app works fine and was very easy to connect. The mounting is solid and secure and easily mounted to the windshield.

    But here is a word of caution: once mounted, there is no way adjust this camera horizontally. so my advise is to connect to the camera with your phone BEFORE mounting the camera. This way you can be sure that the camera's view is level and that there are no obstructions from something (such as rear view mirror) because once it's mounted it is there to stay unless you remove it and start from scratch with new sticky pad.
