I just bought it and worked once - second time it was difficult to make it work and the backup was not automatic - now it just doesn’t want to connect anymore - it’s a piece of junk , waste of money- the troubleshooting from the manufacturer talks about a power switch which doesn’t exist or batteries that are dead- but there are no batteries- again, lots of trouble and waste of money and i thought this company was reliable and manufactured items of good quality, yeah right.

I got it for my mom who has iphones, apparently apple doesnt wirelessly charge without special cases. I tried it with my samsung, and it works great. Fast charging and downloading of pics, a little challenging to set up software, but overall useless for the reason purchased.
