    I LOVE this phone case, and after just 5 month of use it is falling apart. This is so disappointing because it is absolutely one of my best purchases of all time- has made my life SO much easier.I contacted customer service and they responded within hours (on a Sunday, no less) saying they have a warranty and are happy to send a replacement. I am super impressed and very happy that I do not have to give up using this case.How it has changed my life: I almost always know where my phone is. Even if I am not wearing it the strap is long and it is easy to find. I carry my two most important credit cards and my license in the case, and that is life-changing too. I used to be stressed to find my wallet in certain situations but now I always have those things at the ready.The pocket isn't big enough for much else- even a few dollars- but I think I prefer that to something bulky. This phone case is streamlined.I love when I am going somewhere and I don't need anything other than my phone. The simplicity! I would love if I could somehow attach my keys and a lip gloss. I tried the accompanying pouch but it was too hard to take on/off.I recommend this case to EVERYONE. It will change your life! Buy it!

    The quality and efficacy of this is superb! It’s a very attractive, durable grade of leather, which appears expensive—This is great, considering the cost. I find this case w/shoulder strap to be of optimal practicality. Please Note: It’s “not” intended to be removed from its very-secured, snug-fit case. Trust me; my phone is very safe in this case. One of the features I really love is that the strap can be quickly removed and reattached at my convenience....Therefore, when I don’t want to use strap, I can quickly remove it, and place the phone in one of my very small handbags, whenever I want. I also love the long strap, because while I’m wearing this, I can tuck the phone inside my front (or back) pocket of my pants or jacket.—This comes in quite handy while hundreds of students rush passed me as they leave Campus each day. It’s so convenient to wear this also in the car. — Today, someone abruptly whipped into my lane of traffic, and as I hit my brakes, my phone remained in place.

    Because the face of my new iPhone 8 is exposed, I quickly installed a piece of “glass” to it for protection. (I’ve always adhered glass to my phones, as I feel it provides ultimate protection. (I adhered the glass to the phone before placing the phone into the case). And, considering my phone will get placed in a small handbag, I want to prevent it from getting scratched by my set of keys.

    Because I don’t like the appearance of a bulky phone case, I intentionally keep only a couple business cards in the “wallet” of this case. If I’m out and about, I need a small handbag to hold my keys, small wallet, sunglasses, and readers.

    I bought this Crossbody cell phone case for my trip to Key West in July. We like to ride bikes everywhere and walk a lot and I didn’t wanna have to carry my purse everywhere. Also when you’re riding a bike and you want to stop and take a picture real quick it’s very convenient. It does have a snap area that opens for what appears to be two slots for a credit card, but when I put two cards in it I couldn’t almost get them out. You can put one in there but it’s still a little hard to get out. That’s the only thing I don’t like about it. I wish I had a little bit more of a pouch on the back side just to hold a few pieces of paper money a drivers license and at least one credit card. The quality of the leather strap and the case itself is great! It’s real leather and it doesn’t look cheap at all! Overall I absolutely love it! I use it around home too. Also great for work.
