The 6 position height adjustments and 2-in-1 system, including a rear bag and a mulch system, provide ultimate versatility to adapt to your lawn-care needs. Four years ago, we purchased a 16-inch, 40-volt Greenworks cordless lawn mower. It's still going strong, and we absolutely love it! This year, because our lawn is so big the single 40-volt, 4.0Ah battery runs out before we can finish, we decided to get a second cordless mower. We decided on another Greenworks mower - this time, a 17-inch, 48-volt (2 24-volt, 4Ah batteries) model.This new mower is even better than the original! Almost everything about this mower has been significantly improved. The two 24-volt, 4.0 Ah batteries last longer - almost (but not quite) long enough to finish the entire yard in one go! The batteries are much easier to put into the mower, and remove for recharging. A noteworthy feature is the mower's USB hub, which allows me to charge via a USB cable. The mower came with a battery charger that works very fast and efficiently. The mower's height adjuster is also easier to use.As for how well it cuts the grass: it does every bit as good a job as its older sibling. Our lawns always look well-groomed.Best of all, no fossil fuels are ever consumed with either of these excellent cordless mowers.We love our new Greenworks 2 x 24V (48V) 17" Cordless Lawn Mower! Most highly recommended!

The only issue I have is the the batteries do not last long and they are expensive to replace. The mower comes with a set of two but if I were you I would buy an extra two so when it dies you can replace it and not wait for a charge to finish. Overall I find this product to be worth the buy.

I bought this product and after half a season of mowing I would not recommend this particular buy.

Mower: battery was stated to last 1/3 of an acre on grass under 3inches. I own 1/4 of an acre and that includes driveway, patio, home and shed so grass area is much less than the quarter acre. The battery life doesn't even last long enough to finish the front yard. I have to stop half way every single time (7 mows) and I keep my grass at 2inches or below. The bag doesn't hold that much and I end up having to empty it multiple times which means starting and stopping the mower which further shortens the battery life. I've never used a battery mower with this short of a battery life. EVER.

Trimmer/Edger: this is a good product. The only one of the bunch. This works on edges, weeds, branches, long grass - everything you need. Battery life lasts a LONG time. I even mowed my entire lawn with this once and one battery lasted for the entire yard. Clean, powerful and lightweight.

Blower: not strong enough. Tried to blow grass trimmings - GRASS TRIMMINGS! and it couldn't. I highly doubt it'll work in the fall with leaves.

Don't buy this. It's not worth it.

The mower works very well. Lightweight and easy to push. It was easy to put together and the batteries are easy to place and remove. However, if you have a lawn bigger than a parking space, it is better to get more batteries for backup. I have had to charge them three times to get the lawn mowed. The first two times we used it, it mowed the whole lawn without issues. But now I have to charge it twice during mowing. It is highly irritating and makes mowing twice as hard and three times longer than needed. I thought it was maybe a problem with the batteries, so I called the customer service hotline for help. Don't bother. I was on hold for an hour and no one picked up. Their AI chatbot is worthless as well. I would not buy this brand again simply because of the hassle.

If you are looking for an economical choice in electric lawnmowers, this will work. No messing with gas or oil. I got the 17" to make it easier to maneuver. Runs on 2 batteries so I feel it has a bit more power going for it. Only problem I have is that one of the hinges on the battery door was missing and I can't lock one side of the handles. I tried calling the manufacturer but no one ever answered the phone.

I bought this lawn mower for my small front yard. I've used it a couple of times now and love it! I was impressed with the battery life during the first mow, as the grass was a bit long and I went over some areas on the lawn a couple of times. The first mow took about 1hr. The lawn mower is easy to maneuver & turn. I am not using the bag, as I wanted to mulch the grass and keep it on the lawn, and the mulching attachment is easy to install. It's lightweight, as I have to lift it into my shed which has steps. I would recommend this lawn mower for smaller lawns.

I'll be honest, I haven't had to mow grass in 20+ years. But buying a new home with a lawn this was a must buy. It comes with 2 batteries (which work with any other Greenworks devices of which I now have 2 of - hedge trimmer and weed wacker). Both batteries are used in the mower at the same time. I would say it lasted 45 minutes approximately. Basically long enough to do the side and back of my house. Honestly at the point the batteries died, I was done mowing anyway. It's not that much fun.
Recharge (forget how long it took honestly, I did them overnight) and then mowed the front the next day.
So now that I told you my tale, yeah it works great. I'm no mower expert, I didn't go to university to become a mower savant. But it cut my grass, is light weight to handle, and the batteries lasted the perfect amount of time. Way better than dragging a cord around, and far less loud and smelly than a gas mower.
So moral of the review - buy one you won't regret it.

I bought this mower to replace a 15 yr. old Sears gas mower. It was on sale so I couldn't resist. It was basically fully assembled except for the handle so it just took a few minutes to finish it. I let the batteries charge for about 3 Hrs. which brought them up to full charge. Popped them in and mowed my lawn. Slick and fast and perfectly cut all in about 12 minutes! Batteries were still 2/3 charged when finished so I figure I only need to charge them after every third cut. I REALLY like the wheel adjustment. Just push a button down and the mower floats up and down so easily. Just release the button when you've found the right height and it locks into place. The mower is very very light compared to my old one. It's all plastic which is fine (it won't rust). The only minor disappointment is the hollow plastic wheels. Don't know how long they will last but I guess replacements can be found if necessary. Surprisingly, going from a 21" to a 17" made no difference in the time it took to cut the grass, maybe because this one is so light and maneuverable. I've only had it a day so far but overall I am quite pleased. It does what it's supposed to do effortlessly and gives a great result. I am happy with the purchase. Recommended!!
