This BTH01 (Transmitter/Headphones set) could enable your TV/DVD/AV receiver/Computer with Bluetooth wireless feature. You could enjoy your favorite music, shows or games without disturbing others.

Doesn't work:

  • Not for other Bluetooth headphones, this BTH01 is a bundled Transmitter & Headphones Set, you can't connect this transmitter with other Bluetooth headphones.
  • This BTH01 Transmitter couldn't support two or more headphones connection.
  • Dolby DTS is not supported. When using TV optical out, must set audio format to PCM.
  • Not for TVs with non-functional audio output ports (test before purchase).

Plug

  • Connect the transmitter/charging dock to a compatible power source via included micro charging cable.
  • Connect the transmitter/charging dock with your TV Audio Output via Optical or RCA or Aux cable.

Power on and charge the headphones

  • Turn on the transmitter ( Slide the power switch to the “ON” side)
  • Place the headphone on the transmitter/charging dock, the charging begins automatically with red led light indicator. The red led light turn off when charging is completed.

Pair

  • The headphones will turn on automatically after you take it from the transmitter/charging dock；then the transmitter and the headphones will pair with each other automatically in 3 minutes. The transmitter led light will turn solid Blue after the wireless connection is completed.

FAQ

1. Adjust Volume on Headphone

Click the volume "+“ or "-" button slowly on these BTH01. Please keep twice volume button clicks with 1 second stop.

If the BTH01 volume is at the max level and you want to increase the volume again, you could adjust the volume in the audio source, such as your TV or DVD volume.

2. The Headphones is already connected to the transmitter, No sound from the Headphones while watching TV.

1) Please ensure your TV audio is set to “External Speaker”

2) If you select Optical audio input, please ensure:

a) Ensure your TV audio format is set to “PCM”, the transmitter can decode PCM, but can’t decode Dolby/DTS.

b) Ensure the 3.5mm audio cable is NOT plugged in, or the transmitter will prioritize the AUX input.

3) If you select AUX audio input, please ensure the transmitter is connected to the correct analog audio port on the audio sources—Plug in a pair of wired headphones/earbuds into your audio source’ audio output to check if it works.

3. Headphone charging

When headphone battery is low, headphone indicator will flash RED. You could place headphone on the transmitter/charging dock for charging. When headphone are properly seated on the transmitter/charging dock, the CHARGE indicator will light up Red. Once the charging is complete, the Red CHARGE LED on transmitter/charging dock will turn off. There is no need to remove headphone from transmitter/charging dock.

4. The BTH01 doesn’t turn on.

First, please check if the headphones has enough power for the battery, you need to charge it for the first time use.

Second, the transmitter charging dock doesn’t have the battery inside, you need to connect the power supply via the included charging cable and power adapter, and switch the power switch to the “ON” side.

5. How to make the Bluetooth connection between the headphones and transmitter charging dock.

Power up the transmitter/charging dock:

Connect the transmitter/charging dock to a compatible power source via included power cable.

Slide ON/OFF switch to “ON” position, POWER LED indicator lights up BLUE.

Turn on the headphone:

The headphones turn on automatically when you take it away from the transmitter/charging dock or wear them on your ears. You could also press and hold the multifunction button for 3 seconds to turn on the headphones manually. Then the headphones will auto connect to the transmitter and the transmitter LED indicator will turn SOLID blue.

The auto-connection will take around 1-2 minutes.

6. Netflix / Amazon Prime No Sound in the Headphones

This is an issue when you're using the Digital Optical Audio output port for the Transmitter base.

Ensure your TV audio format is set to “PCM”, the transmitter can decode PCM, but can’t decode Dolby/DTS.

Note that some TVs require you to open the app (Netflix or Amazon Prime or YouTube TV) and do the setup when the movie is open in order to make it work. So please OPEN THE APP and PLAY THE MOVIE FIRST, and go into the settings menu on the TV and change it to PCM.

    I love these headphones but I have bought two pairs and less than a year later the plastic above the ear piece breaks. I have been easy with both pai, but same flaw. Just know this before buying.

    This is my second set of headphones I use in my home (the first pair are a few years old and from a different brand). The Besign's were by far the easiest to set up. You basically plug them into an outlet. Plug in the appropriate adapter. Turn the unit on and you are good to go. They are very lightweight, the sound quality is excellent IMO. The only thing I would say is that they barely cover my entire ear and I don't have particularly large ears so the noise cancellation isn't perfect but for the price I am super pleased!

    I really like these headphones!
    Instead of pairing them with the included charging base, I paired them directly to my smart TV. No need to connect the charging base to the TV in this case. The greatest thing about these is that when I put them back on the charging base to recharge, my TV reverts back to its speakers automatically. When I pull the headphones off the charging base, they automatically reconnect to my TV, and the TV speakers cut off automatically. Even better, I also paired the headphones with a second smart TV in my bedroom and they can now be used with either TV (one at a time of course).
    The sound quality is above average and they are light and comfortable. Im sure they would work very well using the traditional connection methods for older TV’s ( non smart).
    These are very inexpensive but work better than the more expensive ones I’ve used in the past, and I prefer charging bases over the USB plug in type.
    Hope this information helps others.

    Update!
    After leaving these headphones on the charger overnight, they would occasionally not auto connect. The solution for me was to turn the base off before lifting the headphones from the base. This way the Bluetooth connection to the base is disabled leaving the TV as the only available device to pair. This seams to eliminate the occasional lack of pairing. Not a big deal for me but I just have to remember to turn the base station back on when charging is needed.

    This is pretty good actually. The volume has to be pretty high to cancel outside noises, it is a little bulky but fits fine behind the tv. sound quality is really good. I bought this for my room, cancel out kid noise and it does pretty good. The charge lasts a long time, you almost forget to recharge it. I've pulled it off the charger in the morning and watched it through the evening then i realize i need to charge it at night again. I highly recommend this. (the instructions weren't all that clear, but i figured it out)

    Because I have hearing loss, primarily in one ear, watching TV is a struggle. Ramping up the volume is helpful, but my family can hear it throughout the house. Certain TV voices are raspy or muffled, particularly those of guests on talk shows who are on ZOOM or another communication vehicle. Closed caption (CC) usually helps but may be inaccurate or cover essential elements of a program. Furthermore, my watching TV upstairs in our loft conflicts with my wife's doing the same in the kitchen.

    Accordingly, I have been searching intermittently for optimal, reliable TV headphones for years. Many have either failed initially or after a few uses. Others are complicated to set up or can't be used on a TY when someone else is also watching it. Fortunately, Amazon accepts returns, essentially a "try before you buy" option.

    Along came Besign BTH01 Wireless Headphones to the rescue. They are the easiest to set up (5 minutes), the chargers that have a low profile, there's no need to resynch each time, and they have excellent voice quality. I can wear them while sitting beside my wife watching the same program or be elsewhere in our house without disturbing her. The idea that I can watch a talks show in the living room and go to the fridge for a drink without missing a beat is great! Convenience – remove them from the charging dock and put them on! I even wear them when no one else is in the house. I love the fact that I hear so well when on our treadmill without being disturbed by the built-in fan. An excellent buy!

    Got this for my hard of hearing grandmother. Does exactly what I need it for. She comfortably watches her shows at the volume she needs without disturbing the entire house. Charges quickly. Only issue is when putting on the charging station you have to make sure it’s set the right direction so there’s a connection. I corrrected that by putting a sticker on the headset and charging station to indicate the right direction, easy. Would recommend.

    I have severe hearing loss so when I put on the headset and got no sound, I thought it had to be paired (which is easily done on this product). But this earphone has the lowest sound volume output of any earphones I've ever had. That's why I gave four stars all the way because of my hearing I don't feel qualified to give a full 5. But it's a good deal for the money if you have good hearing. I have to wear hearing aids with mine and after a few months trial I will probably buy another set. .
