Works great after you fix a design problem
Have a 100 lb dog whose feet get very muddy. Can’t use a garden hose sprayer to clean his feet because he’s a goof ball who loves to play & bite at the hose. He’ll cooperate with this paw washer. Problem is that hose slides over an adapter with nothing to secure it, so hose blows off if you pressure it up enough to get a good flow. A 1/4 - 5/8” metal clamp solves the problem. It works much better with it - can pressure up more so get better flow & lasts longer between pumps! After this fix, the product gets 5 stars.

Absolutely 5 freaking stars. I was so hesitant with the reviews on here but I did it anyways because I was losing my mind trying to clean both my dog’s paws full of mud all the time with wet wipes and towels. Was about to cry honestly. Bought this…. Absolutely a life saver. I put some soap and water in it and tighten the cap real tight and pump it up and it sprays pretty hard and cleans their paws so well! The scrub brush is a little too stiff in my opinion, could definitely be softer. Too much like a kitchen scrub brush than something to be used on skin but hey, I’ll take it. Idk what all the complaints are on here. I’ve been using this 2-3 times a day for two months and never have any issues other than the brush leaking sometimes but I just set it on a towel when not in use and loosen the cap so the pressure isn’t built up all the time. I think this thing is amazing!

This is to rinse-not meant for bathing, it is designed to rinse mud off the dog and it works well enough for that purpose. I would like to see this as a battery/electric operating rinser but for now this works fine for rinsing off my Juno when she comes home late at night after frolicking through the woods and mud with her friend Susie.

We were skeptical but this is a great product for dog walking or your own muddy hikes. Fill the container and take an extra gallon of water, just in case. We used it on ourselves and a golden Retriever after a walk on the beach. It really helped clean feet and paws as well as those hairy dog legs. Add a towel to get most of the water off and we were set to head home. A simple but effective tool.

The dog washer is easy to fill with warm water and keeps the water warm over several hours. The pressure mechanism is simple to use and effective as the washer dispenses the water at a decent force. Our two bulldogs love getting rinsed off by their Mud Daddy washer when leaving the beach and completing a hike. We are purchasing a second unit to keep in the other vehicle. Yes, I recommend this to others.

Worked really well for my 2 large, bath resistant dogs (GSD and pit mix). Got the 8L size and ran out of water before I was able to wet, shampoo, and rinse both of them. I think this is meant for just a rinse, not a full bath, so no complaints—next time I will fill it again between dogs. A really great fix for my dogs, who seem to fear the sound of running water.

Product does not work as promised. First use was disappointing. Pumped for pressure as directed, water would not release. Eventually held nozzle lower than container to see if gravity would work and it only trickled. Water was barely running out of hose. When nozzle was held up next to container, water flow stopped completely. Very disappointed.

We got this recently and took this away with us on caravan and beach holiday. The built in brush makes cleaning off mud and sand an easier job. We filled with warm water, and also use this to clean mud and grass off shoes after walks. It takes a while to work out how many pumps to prime up the right pressure depending on how much water is in the tank but once you get the hang of it, really easy to use. A bit costly but I think we'll get our moneys worth with this in the winter, cleaning muddy paws and boots!

5.0 out of 5 stars Really useful tool for dirty dogs!
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on December 29, 2019
We have a Springer spaniel who goes out for three walks a day. We overlook a park and during this wet weather she gets utterly covered in mud. This has been a godsend, in as much as after we’ve used this, she can be dried off with a towel and only comes into the house slightly damp as opposed to coming in with four muddy paws and a dirty tail. Cleaning her paws with this, especially, has made such a difference to the state of the kitchen floor and the room leading off the kitchen where her bed is.
We also take this out with us when we take her for walks in the Peak District and I’m sure anyone can imagine the state she gets into after bone of those walks. We do have a cover on the back seat of the car, obviously but using this means she’s pretty much clean by the time she gets in.
One point which is only very slightly annoying is having to use the pump quite a few times to get the spray but come on, for the price you cannot complain too much about that. We bought the medium size version.
To sum up, if your dog gets dirty when out walking you’ll find this really helpful and handy. Can definitely recommend for the price.

Liked that it’s portable, disliked that it didn’t keep the water warm although it was really hot when it went in. I use it when I’m walking my dog as with all the rain she gets very muddy. Good for hiding her down before going back in the car. Very useful and I have used it a lot and it stops her blanket getting clogged up with mud. My car is much cleaner now. Easy to use and store in the boot of car.

5.0 out of 5 stars Mud gone!
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on June 16, 2019
I'm a dog walker and have been using this for roughly 4 months. Its fantastic! I have used it on GSDs, Spaniels and Retrievers. It is great at removing mud and has quite a good stream of water. I would say it's a little harder to get mud out of the Retriever coats because of the long hair but it helps with the amount if mud that goes back into the house. I use a comb to remove hair that collects on the brush.

It will leak slightly out of the brush because of the pressure that is built up but that is easily sorted if leaving in a car. You just release off the pressure by unscrewing the pump cap and unscrewing the brush and emptying the water that is trapped in there by pressing the release button. I sit my brush in an old measuring jug wedged up in the boot which catches excess water.
