I used the neck fan for a trip to Africa. I did not find the fan to be too noisy, like another review complained about. And I found it light weight enough to be a blessing, not a curse around my neck. My problem was my long hair. When one of the hairs got caught in the fan, the motor started to make a dying noise, and then it died. The same thing happened the next day with the fan on the other side. Within 3 days,I had no working fan. I wished I would have brought a cooling cloth instead. I might recommend this neck fan for folks with short hair.

The product box was not taped like other products are, and the charging cable that came with it was really old and extremely dirty, like washing your hands after touching them. Also, the cable had a micro-USB end instead of the USB-C. All of this makes me wonder if it was returned and they just shipped it out without performing a quality check, or if an employee was just angry that day. The actual product is clean and works, just as expected. The type of fans are not too loud so you can tune them out at some point. The air movement is great, which is why you are getting these. I noticed some reviews thinking it was going to make cool air for you as well, but not at this price.
