I bought this for my girlfriend. Really beautiful frame and allowed me to upload photos and videos from anywhere in the country. Great for long distance. I also liked how it has an auto sleep function that you can set it to turn off at a certain time so it isnt shining when you go to bed. Overall the quality is well worth the money

I know there’s newer versions that are probably a bit nicer but I personally love this frame. Was skeptical if it would even work but it actually worked really well! Super easy, all you had to do was download the app and connect it to wifi. Maybe a few updates or whatnot but then you can add whatever pictures you want! Although it’s a little annoying you have to go into the screen to delete pictures instead of on the app, there’s still a lot of cool features on this thing. Screen is decent quality, definitely not apple but you get the value for what you pay. Sound is also adjustable and can be really quiet or really loud if you want. Overall I’m really glad I bought this frame, it’s a great addition to my family home.

Decent picture quality. Set up is straightforward. Touch screen is not very sensitive and doesn't seem to work consistently. My biggest concern is that the power button can only power off the frame. To power it back on, the power button doesn't work (I tried holding down the button for up to 10 seconds but no reaction from the frame). The only way that I can power it back on is to unplug the cord and plug it back in. Not sure if I received a defective product.

I did run into a small problem with my frame loading. After working with the troubleshooting department it was determined there was nothing they could do to get the frame back online. I reached out to customer service and they were quick in responding and sent me out a new frame that is now working beautifully!!!!! This is the best gift idea that I found so far. I got one frame for my parents who live in another continent. With just a few clicks I can send pictures to her from my phone. The app is very intuitive, easy to work with even for non-tech/elderly people.
The app on the frame can be improved. The disk space is half full and every time I scroll down the picture gallery to delete some of them, the app reboots. I've tried scrolling slower, still no luck. I guess it will get even worse when the disk is full. It would be great if there is a delete option on the screen when the picture is displayed. The notification for a new picture and the option to react on the picture are very nice additions.

So far we really like the Frameo. It's very easy to set-up and we like that people can be added to the Frameo so you can reach add photos to it. Works easily over WiFi and photos load quickly. Photos can also be adjusted on the frame so they show up just how you want them. This will be a great gift for the grandparents. And now, when we have a photo we can really add it from afar. It also has some nice features like the weather and you can add details to each photo. The Stand allows you to put it in vertical or horizontal position. Overall, we like this frame and recommend it.
