I have been looking for arm weights that I could use for over a year. I have MS and my hands are very clumsy so I needed something I could put on easily. I read in some reviews that it was hard to thread the velcro. The ones that I received don't need velcro threaded through. I just put the velcro around my wrist and then lie the other part on Top. They are so comfortable I have left them on all day and even fell asleep. The one pound weight right now is good. Hopefully I will be able to work up to higher weights.
