This auto trashcan is just like the pictures shown in the item listing. It's very nice and well made considering the low price. It has a finished look with piped accents, and will compliment any car. Mine is black and is attached to console gear shift, hangs on passenger side. Two black plastic support pieces (enclosed) fit snugly into the pleats of the left/right handle straps. Velcro strips on bottom help keep the trashcan from moving in place. This is not a small and discrete looking auto trashcan, it has a presence and takes up space. It's about the size of a small bathroom wastebasket.

This trashcan is constructed well using a thin, rigid, canvas-like waterproof material. Interior has plastic lining for wet or leaking trash. The lid is very sturdy and stiff with a velcro closure in front. Nylon elastic skirting in the center of the lid is a nice touch, well sewn, and keeps from having to open the lid every time to dispense something.

The front and side exterior pockets are made of netting and good for storing things. I use mine for pocket change, writing pen/pad, napkins, pocket knife, glass cleaner and wiping cloths. The nylon strap is adjustable, clips open/closed, is sewn-in and cannot be removed.

Item comes vacuum sealed, flat in clear plastic about the size of an LP album cover.

I like this product a lot. Ordered the pink version for a Christmas present to go on a friend's boat. Great for RVs, too!

I have always seen those trash cans that you just Velcro to the floor and they were just open like a regular trashcan never worked out for me because I have a four-year-old and he kicks he moves. He has tantrums. Needless to say you know where this is going. But all I found it easy to apply. They just need to work on how sturdy the bags are to the size that they attach to. I think that could be a better mechanism for that but I figured a way out pretty easily and I’m sure anyone else could but so far I’ve been very happy with it. It is a space saver and easy to just latch on around your middle Consol and what I did was lift the lid up, hook it around that and then my console was still able to click shut, so it’s not moving anywhere and it still Velcro’s to the floor of the car so that it’s extra stable.

Before i got this, my poor truck looked like a dumpster inside. I would just throw stuff in the back seat or on the floor behind me (my fiancé was ready to pull his beard hair out). This garbage bag would have earned 5 stars if it was not for a poor choice in strap material. This bag was perfect for my small car. Until the strap shredded within 3 months, now there is nothing to keep it in place or from rolling around the footwell. The bag itself is in great condition and held up fantastically, holding quite a bit of trash. Since I don't believe in just throwing away something that is still very usable, I will have to attach some kind of makeshift strap to keep it in place. I had purchased 2 more from the same company, and will have to replace the straps on those as well.
