    Disclaimer: You shouldn't take apart a cheap jump starter. You can electrocute yourself quite badly.The other day I needed a jump and wouldn't you know it, the jump pack was unresponsive. I began to charge the pack it and it started doing this weird cycle of showing the battery percentage, illuminating everything on the LCD, and flashing the flashlight on and off. I charged it to 25% or so before realizing it was more or less permanently in this "boot looping" state. The button did nothing.I believe the problem is with the main board itself (the one labelled "G18A-MAIN-ROC"). The only way to get the looping to stop is to disconnect the 8 pin connector between it and the battery itself, and plugging power up to it restarts its little boot loop cycle. No obvious signs of failure on the PCB itself. It's been sitting in a sink draining like this for the past 24 hours or so, draining about 2% an hour on average.Shame it's not in any way repairable. I awarded this product 3 stars because while it did work, it outperformed a similar bulkier portable jump pack that was given to us (TACKLIFE - another garbage transient Amazon brand).

    This has saved my a$$ more times than I care to admit when the boat engine wouldn’t start because of some stupid battery problem. This is small, light, easy to use, quick to charge and honestly one of the best products I have ever bought from Amazon or anyone else. There are cheaper ones out there and they might work fine but this thing is worth its eight in gold!

    The Imazing Jump Starter line of products is one that we hope to never actually need. Inevitably, there will come a time when we will need to jumpstart either our own vehicle or a vehicle belonging to a friend, loved one, or perhaps even a complete stranger. When that time comes, the Imazing Jump Starter is definitely the trick you want hiding up your sleeve.

    I purchased my Imazing Jump Starter (2500A version) in January 2022. When I received it, I read the instructions and became familiar with how it works. I charged the battery then put everything back into the supplied carrying case and stored that with my vehicle's first aid kit in the back of my SUV.

    Fast forward about a year. I got a phone call from the person who parks next to me in the parking garage where we live. She indicated that her vehicle's battery was on its last leg and that it was too late in the day for her to address the issue. She was hopeful that I would be available to give her a jump start the next morning since it wouldn't require moving either of our vehicles in order to connect jumper cables between the two cars. I told her I would help her the next morning and that she didn't need to borrow jumper cables.

    The next morning she definitely needed a jump start. I reached into my SUV and pulled out my Imazing Jump Starter and attached it to her jump off terminals and within seconds her car was started. Even though I hadn't touched my Imazing Jump Starter in a year, the battery pack maintained over 80% if it's charge capacity and it performed flawlessly. What more could I ask for?

    One thing I like about this product is its build quality. The unit feels pretty substantial, which is a good thing. The owner's manual advises against dropping the device. What's under the hood is a large lithium battery, which should always be handled with care.

    Again, I am very pleased with my purchase! I highly recommend this product to everyone.

    This has been by far the best portable battery vehicle jumper I've ever owned and I've owed several! I have only fully charged the device one time since receiving it and I have used it to jump approximately 15 vehicle batteries and the device still has 73% battery life remaining — I am simply mind blown over how it still is able to have so much battery life remaining. A previous jumper I owned recently was lucky to provide 3 full vehicle battery jumpstarts before being completely drained and needing to be recharged. The Imazing brand battery jumper includes the highest quality connector cables (red/black clamps) which feature their own digital display on the cables that provide informative information such as the current voltage of the battery it's connected to and displays alerts if the clamps are not properly connected, just to name a few. One important feature of the battery is the ability to disable immediately in the event the clamps are connected to the wrong colors — something that can cause severe damage to the vehicle battery and/or connected device. The device also came with a perfect case to store and protect everything In between uses. With all of the features this product provides, the high quality build and design, the safety features, ease of use and extremely affordable price, I can't help but to highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for a portable battery jump starter! I forgot to mention that it functions as a back up battery so you can use this device to charge other devices, such as a smartphone or tablet as well.

    My battery died for the second time in a week- Called Progressive roadside assistance but they said since I got a jump start already in the same week all they could do was send a tow truck and I would have to pay $120 bucks! Well I didn't want it taken to a garage, I just wanted a jump start so I could go buy a new battery. They refused. Ordered this, came in 2 days, charged it, used it, car started right up. Saved money and I will have it for future emergencies. Only complaint was the "manual" Is literally a tiny 2 page booklet, hard to read and no details. Fortunately pretty easy to figure out. There is also an attachment that looks like a socket for a car cigarette lighter but I have no idea what it is for.

    We saw a lady give two cars a boost within three minutes of each other. We stopped and asked her the name of the jump starter (Imazing). These are truly imazing. We have bought six of them (four given as gifts to family and friends). It is portable, convenient (carry case fits under the seat), and we leave it in our vehicles until they need to be recharged. No more bulky jumper cables. This has been a lifesaver in too many instances to count. We definitely recommend this purchase. It has paid for itself many times over.
