Trump predicts who’ll replace Biden if he drops out; Hannity asks if he wants Joe to go

Former President Donald J. Trump has stayed out of it as the Democrats have descended into chaos over Joe Biden’s refusal to drop out of the race, but he gave Sean Hannity his thoughts on the 81-year-old stepping aside.

On Monday, after Biden called in to “Morning Joe” on MSNBC, the presumptive GOP nominee did the same during Hannity’s primetime show where he discussed a wide range of topics with the Fox News host, one of them being the coup against the feeble leader by elements of his own party.

“Mr. President, do you want Joe Biden to step aside? Do you care?” Hannity asked.

“Well, we prepared for him, but I don’t think it’s gonna matter,” Trump replied. “We had a great four years, our border was the strongest ever, our economy pre-COVID was incredible, the best ever, but then when we got hit with the gift from China, the China virus, that came in and we did a fantastic job.”

The former president went on to tout his record of success while he was in the White House, including the defeat of ISIS.

“We had no wars, I mean I had no wars,” Trump continued. “We’re heading into World War III in my opinion with this man semi-running things. Cause he’s not running things, the people that surround the Oval Office, the people that surround the Resolute desk, the beautiful Resolute desk, they’re really running things in Washington I suspect, and it’s very bad.”

Trump criticized the lawfare and the “very unfair” weaponization of the Justice Department and local DAs empowered to go after him before turning to VP Kamala Harris who many are clamoring for to replace Biden.

“What do you make all of the talk that if Biden steps aside or is pushed out, that it would be Vice President Harris?” Hannity asked. “Do you expect that much would change?”

“Well, I think that it will be her. I think they are very concerned about the vote if it’s not her,” Trump responded, seemingly referring to the black vote which would revolt if Harris was snubbed. “They are very, very, I mean, they’re gun-shy, they don’t want to do it any other way. I’ve actually come to believe that’s what they’re going to do.”

“I think she’s an ineffective person, she was in charge of the border, she’s never been there, she didn’t do a good job, and she hasn’t done a job on a lot of other things, but it would seem to me from a political standpoint that’s who they’re going with,” Trump added.

“They’re not even talking about alternatives, and it seems that if he gets out for whatever reason, and I don’t think he wants to get out, but if he gets out, it will be her,” the former president predicted.

Trump previously expressed the opinion that the DEI veep wouldn’t be up to the job in a sneakily recorded video taken while he was on the golf course.

“He just quit, you know. He’s quitting the race. I got him out of the race, and that means we have Kamala,” Trump said of Harris. “I think she’s gonna be better. She’s so bad. She’s so pathetic. She’s so f**king bad… can you imagine that guy dealing with Putin and the president of China, who’s a fierce person? He’s a fierce man, very tough guy.”

Harris’s backers have been relentlessly pushing her as Biden’s replacement, a pick that could be even worse than the cognitively challenged incumbent who has taken a wrecking ball to America.
