The hotel is lovely from the moment you arrive. We had a view over dubai and the beach. If I stayed here again I would opt for the sea view rather than palm view. Breakfast was great, and the two resturants we tried was the italian by the beach and the Japanese asian in the hotel. The hotel has everything you can want on a beach /dubai holiday.

Please read this before booking Absolutely stunning hotel and room but the jardin buffet needs serious upgrade to Dubai levels my wife had diarrhoea and sickness for 2 days and this is the only place we ate so just be aware the hotel is beautiful but so are many others in Dubai

First stay at Raffles definitely won’t be our last. We stayed for 10 nights in June and opted for one of the club room’s. We’ve done quite a few club rooms in Dubai so we have access to the club lounge but this was by far the best both room & lounge. The whole place is Beautiful there are chandeliers everywhere and the whole hotel is so opulent. The room was huge we had an ocean view which after seeing some reviews of the palm view it appears that in some you see more of the villas rather than the palm out view was beautiful especially at sunset, loved that we got complimentary sun hats,beach bag & flip flops. We stayed on half board basis the buffet was really good and the two restaurants were amazing although Japanese there is a supplement and the Italian menu is pricy which means you will have to cover some of the bill which I think is slightly unfair. Because we had access to the lounge there is also food there breakfast was fabulous the staff are amazing, there is also a cold lunch which was good and small buffet at dinner and I did see some eating here using instead of heading to a restaurant instead which I’ve done before and doable here. You also have 2 hours free bar and there is also afternoon tea which all were great. All the staff in the lounge are so friendly and very professional you will want for nothing. There is also the Jazz lounge which has a singer some nights if the week and the ones we saw were really good so worth a visit. The pool area in lovely clean and we always got a bed although weekends you need to go early if you want one by the pool but still loads on the beach. Staff always helpful. Lastly as mentioned all the staff are amazing but there are two that made our holiday so wonderful first is our butler Isuru always checking if we had everything we needed and dealing with our requests super quick, there chocolates left nearly everyday and on birthday a cake & balloons he really looked after us, secondly is Ruben the concierge in the lounge he was so informative and took the time to chat to us whenever he was around also advised us places to go and was really nice to meet both of these. I would definitely stay here again the only suggestions were most hotels have a little shop with toiletries, gifts, snacks or logo items etc I was directed to one by the spa but not really what I was after. Also some of the palm hotels had shuttle buses to the malls and it would have been nice to have this. Overall amazing stay!
