Comfortable experience with delicious dining for the art lover. LGBTQIA friendly. If you are not used to city noise bring earplugs. My one suggestion is that floor grips are placed in showers as the slate can be wet. I’m 45 and it is probably a better experience for under 40 crowd. Staff was accommodating for those with small children. Art displays and blue penguins dispersed everywhere!

We booked adjoining rooms, which were confirmed to use but when we git there we were first told that the type of room that we wanted was not available in adjoining, which was not correct. We were then told that they had no more adjoining rooms.

I’ve stayed many times and appreciate not only the location, but also the architecture and brightness of guest rooms. Lots of windows which I love, especially in the corner rooms. And the food at restaurant is great

The hotel looked nice on the website, stated it was a 4-star hotel, but it definitely was not. The details weren’t there. The room was extremely dusty, there were hairs from previous guests in the bathroom, bed was not comfortable, and the room felt dirty in general.
